“Our introduction to Jake Peters was in 2005 when we lived at a previous home. We needed all windows and exterior wall coverings replaced on this older St. Albert home. Jake and his crew did a great job on our house then. We received many positive comments on the exterior improvement of this house.
In 2014, it was an easy decision as to who we would call when we developed an illusive leak in our present home. “Let’s call Jake!” my wife said.
The leak turned out to be between the walls of the main bathtub and the ensuite bathtub. Because of the location of the problem, both a carpenter and a plumber were needed.
When the work was completed to our satisfaction, the final invoice came to a total below the original estimate.

“In the fall of 2013, we hired Jake Peters for a significant renovation in our St. Albert, Alberta home. In essence, the scope of the project included a new kitchen, new windows for the entire back of our home, new hardwood flooring, and general modernization of our lighting, decor and main living space.
Jake managed the project with the utmost of professionalism. He coordinated a steady flow of trades in an efficient and consistent manner. As might be expected, certain adjustments were determined along the way and Jake managed these very well. At no point, did we lose the momentum of the project and it was completed within two weeks of the expected completion date, considering the entirety of the renovation was across 10-12 weeks.

“We have recently had some work done on our home which was organized by Jake Peters. We can highly recommend him. He communicated well. If we had to leave a voicemail he responded back quickly, he replies to texts quickly. He gave valuable input on things we were unsure about. He provided his team of subcontractors which really helped us as we were new to the area and didn’t know any. He organized the order of the work. If we had any questions he was always available. Our deadline was a tight one and he was honest from the start, he agreed it was tight and said the finishing touches may go over a few days and that is exactly what happened but all along he was working to make it happen. We appreciated his honesty and his effort to keep to his word.
Jake was very good at keeping us updated on the progress as we weren’t living in the house at the time. We made a couple of changes as we progressed and he worked with us and advised us for the best outcome. Jake seems to take everything in his stride and when we had a couple of hiccups he remained calm and found solutions. Jake is very easy to work with, very approachable and a genuinely nice guy.”
